A fire at Fane Grocery Inc. in Melrose prompted a large emergency response late Saturday morning, according to the New York City Fire Department.

Videos show active fire and heavy smoke billowing from the sidewalk to the building.

No injuries were reported.

The operation remained ongoing as of late morning.
