A 29-year-old man was shot and killed in Allerton on Saturday night, according to the NYPD.
It happened just before 9:20 p.m. at Cruger Avenue and Magenta Street.
Police say the man suffered two gunshot wounds to the chest.
Paramedics rushed him to Jacobi Hospital, where he died.
Investigators say they are searching for two men who rode away from the scene on a scooter.
The victim's identity had not been released as of Saturday night.
