A car caught fire on the Bruckner Expressway in Throggs Neck Sunday evening, according to the FDNY.
The fire was reported around 5:06 p.m. in the southbound lanes near Brush Avenue.
Firefighters responded to the scene and extinguished the flames.
No injuries were reported.
The incident was cleared around 6 p.m.
