A Bronx man was sentenced to two to six years in prison after pleading guilty to an apartment rental scam.
The Bronx District Attorney's Office says 25-year-old Elijah Medina pleaded guilty to grand larceny.
Prosecutors say he took thousands in payments for apartments he didn't own or lease.
They say he posed as a realtor on Facebook Marketplace.
Medina also has to pay back nearly $12,000.
