A Bronx family is pushing for answers about their daughter who has been missing for more than 40 years.

Equilla Hodrick was last seen in 1985 when she was 8 years old, running after an ice cream truck near her home.

Her family celebrated her 50th birthday last week.

Equilla's mother says her family hasn't given up hope on finding her.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is supporting the family in the search for answers.
