A shooting left a 16-year-old boy injured late Friday night in Soundview, according to police.
Detectives say he was shot in the buttocks just before 10:30 p.m. at 1213 Evergreen Ave.
He was hospitalized for treatment and is expected to be OK.
No arrests have been made as of Saturday afternoon.
